Dr Kinghorn recently completed the Senior Leadership for Women programme at University College London (UCL). The programme provided an excellent opportunity to develop strategic leadership skills, reflect on leadership practice, and connect with an inspiring network of senior women leaders from across the University.
Reflecting on the programme, Dr Kinghorn found it to be an invaluable experience, providing practical leadership insights, opportunities for personal and professional growth, and a supportive peer network that will continue to inform her leadership approach.
